The moment you manage to place your ship in a position that allows you to bring down a full broadside on an enemy while preventing them to shoot at the same time (a traditional maneuver that seamen call "crossing the T"), you'll feel like a god. Heroine 2B looks female, but like her counterpart S9 (looks male), they are both fully functioning machines. Not a single human thing about them, aside from looks (they both look dope). It will also be a game without blood, as far as what has been shown. Yet even this design choice of focusing more on explosions than gore is important. Giving pause to thought, maybe Nier: Automata is saying something about our world in a clever way that is built into its world.


NieR: Automata  will release in Japan for PS4 on February 23rd, in North America on March 7th, and in Europe on March 10th, 2017. A PC version is also scheduled to come next year, but no release window has been announced for that one. It's definitely a hotly anticipated game. YS: As you may know already, the previous title was not what you'd call a "huge success," but it does have a big cult following. When we thought about creating a new title for the franchise, I thought that it needs to become a greater success. To do that, I wanted to have my favorite composer, my favorite director, my favorite artist and my favorite designer, so I asked everyone to join and to create a success that I think is necessary for this franchise. All that said, Nier: Automata is looking to be as equally impressive as its parent games. This series shines and maybe releasing earlier in the year will garner the attention Nier: Automata deserves. This is no JRPG newcomer; these games have been there the whole time and stand up to the best of them.


The title also looks to have close ties to the original game, taking place after the events of the first NieR . Although Square Enix has previously stated that it works well as a stand alone title, it will be interesting to see exactly how well NieR: Automata functions as a solo game. Nonetheless, with Platinum Games on board and making the game its own , it’s bound to be a thrilling r


YS: Right now we're thinking of trying not to have any differences between the two versions. Although of course we'll have different options and things like the name cards for instance, that are very unique to Steam, but other than that we aren't planning any other differences at this mom


Gran Turismo Sport is definitely a polarizing game. Many might find it cold and impersonal, but that makes it feel like a perfectly engineered piece of precision machinery exactly like the cars it simula

This award is also special, as it comes with a second meaning, representing our respect for taking a decision that certainly mustn't have been easy, and that most studios and publishers probably wouldn't have had the guts to take.


In most games, when you compose the tracks, you compose them for a place, or a moment, or a scene, but for NieR I composed for each character and their emotions at any given moment. A character may feel sad during a battle, and usually a battle sequence would have fierce music, but for NieR , if the character feels sad, I made sure to have that kind of feeling in that fiercen
