End-User License Agreement (EULA) for AI Assistant App:

By installing or using the AI Assistant application ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Medical Systems Consult for the Software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation.

1. Limited License: Medical Systems Consult grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

2. Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, adapt, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, or distribute the Software or any part of it to any third party.

3. No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Medical Systems Consult be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Medical Systems Consult has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts.

6. Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Medical Systems Consult. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Medical Systems Consult if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
